- Will our clients ever know Phoenux exists?
- Only if you want them to. Default is fully white-label: your templates, branding, and client communication. Co-branded delivery is available when you prefer it.
- Do you solicit or accept work from our clients?
- No. Partnerships include non-solicitation. We do not pitch your accounts, accept inbound from them, or publish NDA work with their names.
- How do commercials and margins usually work?
- We invoice you; you invoice your client. Most partners mark up white-label delivery. Pricing and white-label vs co-brand are set per partnership — not as a public rate card.
- What’s included in scope control?
- Written deliverables, revision rounds per phase, and a change-request path for out-of-scope work. You consolidate client feedback before it reaches us.
- Can you work in our tools and timezone?
- Yes. We plug into your Slack, Figma, and project tools, and overlap North America, MENA, Pakistan, and Europe hours from Lahore and Toronto.
